Abstract

Having a job performance evaluation system, as well as the proper selection of the method to carry out this task, streamlines the work of the Human Resources departments. Within the Northwest Transmission Regional Management (GRTN) of the Federal Electricity Commission, this tool is non-existent, which leads to failures in the personnel evaluation and promotion systems, which is why the objective of this work was to implement a software specially designed as an instrument for the Labor Performance Evaluation process, which allows improving this task in the GRTN, following the requirements stipulated in the Institutional Procedures Manual, this to obtain measurement indicators, performance evaluation and job promotion. A review of the performance evaluation models was carried out, taking the Graphic Scales Method as a basis for the construction of the software. Using the methodology for the analysis and design of information systems, the Labor Performance Evaluation System was developed and implemented. As a result of the implementation, it was possible to effectively determine the promotion factor derived from work performance, to achieve the selection of personnel worthy of the productivity incentive.
